The GNOTRI 4th of july annual practice/fun Triathlon. Starts 7am at the swimhole.
1 loop around the pilings, 2 10 mile loops on the lakefront, and a 4 mile run.
Then we will start the 4th of July party crawfish, bbq and refreshments.
