Saturday AM training.  We will be swimming at 6:15 and out of the lake no later than 6:45 to be on the bikes and on the road 7:00 AM Sharp.  The season is young lets get training and enjoy a great race season.

I just signed up for Heatwave and unless registration increases dramatically, I am certain to win a trophy in the Athena division. I am currently in first and last place. :-)
